Another of the little fellers. I am quite enjoying this. Helps me not get bogged down in detail but keep it interesting enough that the paint doesn't look like it simply landed there from a dropped brush.

I painted these from life up in the mountains of North Carolina, Highlands to be exact. A bunch of us painter types went up there for a weekend and when it rained we painted these beautiful flowers just cut from the garden.
